The three qualities that make up your X-Factor include:
Charisma
Connection
Confidence
As mentioned earlier, having all three is rare.
For instance, people who are charming and confident often lack connection.
We call these individuals Lone Wolves.
They’re typically solopreneurs or have jobs where they can operate on their own, disconnected from others.
They thrive in these situations but, due to lack of connection, feel lonely and isolated at times.
People who have lots of friends and are confident tend to be people-pleasers or what we call Nice Guys.
They attract people due to their people-pleasing and confidence, but lack the charisma to make others feel good around them.
This makes them go out of their way to please others. But the lack of respect for their own boundaries results in a lack of respect for them.
And lastly are Mr. or Ms. Needy…
These people have connection and charisma but lack confidence.
As a result, they need reassurance through attention and approval-seeking behavior.
And by making all situations about themselves, the constant need for reassurance pushes others away.
The good news is, if you can identify with one of these archetypes, you already have two of the three qualities you need to unlock your X-Factor.
This is why people in our program make progress so quickly — often in just weeks.
